WILLIAM KEITH ADKINS, 48, of Hilliard, Ohio, was killed in a car accident Aug. 29, 2002. He was born Oct. 12, 1953, in Huntington, W.Va., a son of John Adkins Jr. of Jackson, and Mildred Lingerfelt of New Haven, W.Va. He was a graduate of Wellston High School and attended Marshall University. He was also a Navy veteran. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his companion Barbara Ayers and their son, Tyler Adkins; grandmother Nellie Adkins of Ceredo; one brother and sister-in-law, John David and Sidney Adkins; sons William Keith Jr. and Jeremy; and one daughter, Sarah. Funeral services were Sept. 3, 2002, at Ferguson Funeral Home in Plain City, Ohio.
